Kate Middleton sparks pregnancy rumours in Copenhagen

Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, sparked rumours that she might be pregnant yesterday in Copenhagen.

The royal fashionista refused the offer of tasting the peanut paste used in UN food parcels. Prince William, the Danish crown prince, and his wife happily ate the food, which is used to help people in famine-stricken areas.

Doctors advise pregnant women to avoid peanuts and all their by-products in order to prevent any allergic reaction.

Kate's spokeman confirmed that the Duchess herself is not allergic to peanuts, further adding to the rumour mill that there may well be a royal baby on the way.

If Kate is pregnant, then that child, regardless of whether it is a girl or a boy, will be in line to the throne thanks to recent law reforms that give female children the same succession rights as males. Exciting!

On the other hand, Kate's famously tiny waist showed absolutely no sign of expansion, so you know...she might just not like peanuts.
